Day 1 Zoom Theory - Mermaid Theory (1.5hrs)

- Breathing / Breath hold Fundamentals

Day 2 (4.5Hrs) 130-6pm

• Dolphin Wave Movement (Land)

• Tail Equipment & Land Photography

• Dolphin Wave Technique

• Breathwork Fundamental

• Part 1 - Surface & Underwater Dolphin Techniques

• Part 2 - Buddy Drills, Safety Procedures & Mermaid Tricks

• Part 3 - Mermaid Skills Revision

• Mini Performance of skills

Prerequisite:

• 12 Years of Age

• Basic Swimming Skills, Inform Mark if you are a weak swimmer

Requirements of Completion:

• Complete all required academic and pool training sessions; skills evaluation and final exam.

  Upon Completion, The candidate will be awarded a SSI Mermaid Digital Certificate Card
