INSTRUCTOR MARK

Mark has been freediving since 2010 and qualified as an instructor in 2016.

Driven by his passion for the sport, Mark founded Apnea42 Freediving School in 2017, to provide quality training to individuals who share the same interest.

Mark has a strong background in creative arts and expression. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Additionally, he is trained in both ballet and synchronized swimming.

One of his key interest is exploring the art of body movements in water. He believes that every individual has the potential to express their inner-self through this medium. Mark has performed and choreographed various underwater freediving shows at SEA Aquarium.

Mark is also an avid photographer. He has won several awards in international photography competitions. Through his lens, he captures beautiful underwater moments that showcase the wonders of freediving.
